Cancellations must be written in a letter, fax or e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will be mailed within two to three weeks after the event concludes.
There is a $25 cancellation fee if the cancellation is received more than 72 hours prior to the time the intensive commences. A later cancellation will not entitle the registrant to a refund.
In the event that David cancels an intensive or any part thereof, the full amount for the portion cancelled will be refunded. David is not responsible for collateral issues related to, for example, air or hotel reservations.
